House Rules – Villela Stay Welcome! To ensure your stay is comfortable, safe, and pleasant, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: 1. Minimum Age Rental is only permitted for guests over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. 2. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM If authorized, early check-in or late check-out grants access only to the reserved room, not to the common areas (pool, barbecue, kitchen, etc.), as our team needs time to prepare the house with the care you deserve. During your stay, occasional maintenance services may occur to ensure the quality of your lodging. On the day of check-out, our team will begin cleaning outdoor areas starting at 8:00 AM. 3. Personal Items Each guest must bring their own personal items: food, beverages, charcoal, matches, gas, extra toilet paper, hygiene products, repellent, and cleaning supplies. The items provided (in the kitchen, barbecue area, and bathrooms) are an initial courtesy; if they run out, restocking is the guest’s responsibility. 4. Smoking Smoking is prohibited indoors (rooms and bathrooms). Outdoors it is allowed, provided ashtrays are used. 5. Pets Pets are welcome! But: They must not be on beds, sofas, or furniture. Any damage caused is the guest’s responsibility. 6. Events and Guests Commercial events, open parties, subletting, or charging admission are not permitted. Family events only with prior authorization and subject to a fee. Day-use/event guest: R$ 80.00 Extra overnight guest: R$ 120.00/day Important: the house is primarily intended for lodging. Authorized events do not include guarantees regarding weather, power supply, or the functioning of rented equipment. 7. Noise and Quiet Hours Law Prohibited: loud sound, DJs, live bands, or powerful speakers. Noise limits: Up to 55 dB (7 AM to 10 PM) Up to 45 dB (10 PM to 7 AM) Any request to reduce noise must be followed immediately. 8. Condominium Rules All guests must comply with condominium rules. The main guest will receive the gate remote and must keep it closed at all times. 9. Jacuzzi, Spa, or Hot Tub Use upon prior request and subject to a fee: once per day, up to 3 hours. 10. Laundry The host’s laundry area is not available. A washer-dryer is provided in the kitchen for guest use. 11. Dishes and Trash Dishes must be washed before check-out. Perishables must be discarded and trash placed in bags for collection. 12. Fines for Non-Compliance Rule violation: fine of 1 daily rate per occurrence. Late check-in/out: Up to 8 hours - 1/2 daily rate Over 8 hours - 1 daily rate If another guest is affected, the responsible party must cover full compensation for the impacted stay. 13. Additional Fees Extra guest: R$ 120.00/night Day-use/event guest: R$ 80.00 Jacuzzi: R$ 200.00 (use once per day, up to 3h) Barbecue: R$ 200.00 Broken glass/plate: R$ 20.00/unit Extra gas: R$ 140.00 Extra pool cleaning: R$ 150.00 Additional toilet paper: R$ 10.00/person Air conditioning left on unnecessarily: R$ 50.00 Excessive energy use: R$ 100.00 Extra cleaning supplies: R$ 100.00 14. External Failures We are not responsible for interruptions in water, electricity, or natural events. 15. Damages and Lost Items Damages from misuse - replacement cost will be charged. Forgotten items are not our responsibility. 16. Responsibility The main guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors during the stay. 17. Maintenance The house undergoes regular maintenance. Immediate repairs outside business hours may not be possible. 18. Temporary Unavailability The house offers many amenities, but isolated failures (such as air conditioning, jacuzzi, or appliances) do not entitle guests to refunds or cancellations. By booking, you confirm your agreement with these rules, which exist to protect your experience and ensure everyone’s well-being.
